Sabowind obtains acceptance of bid within 1. tender “wind onshore” 2018
Freiberg, 26. February 2018: Sabowind participated successfully in the tender of the Federal Network Agency for wind onshore according to § 22 EEG 2017 on 1. February 2018 with a project in Saxony. The achieved price enables Sabowind to implement the project economically.
Thus, the building permit for the erection and operation of a turbine of the type VESTAS V117-3.3/3.45 with a total rated power of 3.45 MW and a hub height of 141.5 m, issued in December 2017, can be implemented. There exist already two turbines along the federal highway A4 at the planned location Dennheritz in the district of Zwickau. By the construction of the 3rd turbine this wind-intensive site will be used in the best possible way.
Sabowind is going to erect the turbine as general contractor as soon as possible. Sabowind Service will be responsible for technical and commercial management of the turbine.
The turbine will provide clean energy to about 2.500 average households.
