Sabowind wins polish solar tender
Freiberg/ Bydgoszcz, 10.01.2020: Sabowind Polska Sp zo.o receives surcharges for 7 solar parks with a total output of 7 MWp in the latest solar tender in Poland. Sabowind succeeds with it entering the photovoltaic sector in Poland. The photovoltaic parks will be implemented as a closed project in the municipality Lubowa and will then be technically supervised by Sabowind Polska.
"We are now looking forward to the implementation of our first solar park in Poland and are laying the foundation for our second pillar in energy production alongside wind energy," says Lidia Paczkowska, Managing Director of Sabowind Polska.
Sabowind Polska Sp. z o. o. based in Bydgoszcz (Bromberg) has been operating in Poland since 2006 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sabowind GmbH in Freiberg/Germany. Up to now, wind energy projects with a total capacity of more than 200 MW have been developed ready for construction, of which almost 60 MW have already been brought to the grid. Sabowind Polska develops and supports wind turbines and solar parks for both its own stock and external investors.
